Volunteer Opportunities with Path to Citizenship
JFON Clinic Hospitality Hosts
A meal is offered on Friday night of each JFON Clinic so that people who gather over the dinner hour are able to eat as they wait for the lawyer. Hospitality hosts provide a light meal for 30-40 people. Hospitality Hosts bring food around 4:00 pm and serve from 4:30 pm until about 6:00 pm. There is always a person from the JFON committee there to help coordinate and show volunteers around the kitchen. It is common for the Hospitality Hosts to be a team from an organization or a group of individuals who volunteer together. Four volunteers in the kitchen to serve is ideal.
